Answer To Question 1
As I'm sure you know, the nervous system is very sensitve and reacts to how you feel, whether it be pain from burning your hand (your nervous system plays a part in removing your hand from the heat) or from fear or excitement. There is a place in the brain that makes the nervous system do these things, for example when we are scared a message is sent through the spinal cord to the heart telling it to beat faster (with the help of adrenaline and other hormones). You may also feel shakey and go red in the face and ears, especially if you're angry.
So it's all down to the brain really! It sets off all these actions and the nervous system relays the messages!
